Shipping policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: 

All digital products (eBooks, guides, lessons, etc) will be emailed to you; you will not receive any physical products in the mail for these assets. 

All our products will be delivered to you via email after your checkout is completed.

If you do not receive your digital product login info within 2 hours of checkout, please reach out to support@mettlefactor.com and they'll help you get access as soon as possible.

The ROOT Brands: 

If you ordered products through any of The ROOT Brands, shipping will be coming from them directly, however if you need extra support, please email ROOT@mettlefactor.com.
